Falcon In Need of Host Family

From time-to-time, East River hosts an exchange student from another county. This gives highly successful students from around the world to experience the United States and public schooling here. This year, we have one such exchange student who has been with us since the year started, but now is in need of some assistance.

Her original host home did not work out, and she does not want to have to leave. In order to stay, we need a family that is willing to host her. If you are interested, please contact Mr. Shreffler at Bradley.Shreffler@ocps.net. Thank you!

Final Thoughts

It is hard to believe that we are into November, and holiday season now. Just a few more weeks until Thanksgiving Break, and then only a few more until Winter Break and the halfway point of the year. Wow!

Parents, now is the time to check Skyward and Canvas to ensure your student's grades are on point! Don't let it slip as we go into the middle of the 2nd quarter.

As always, I hope everyone has a GRRREAT Falcon Week!
