We are so excited to welcome your student for the first day of school tomorrow, Tuesday, August 11. Below is the bell schedule and also important reminders regarding drop off, pick up,  and cell phones. Please note that any schedule changes or questions will be addressed this week with students. Attached is also our Athletic Newsletter for this week. I encourage students to attend and enjoy our many events. Please let me know if you have any additional questions!

Drop Off and Pick Up Safety Information:

There are  2 lanes of traffic entering the school! Please be aware and follow all markings on the pavement. The left lane will allow cars to go straight or turn right into the car line for student drop off, and the right lane will turn right into the car line for student drop off only.

Both lanes are indicated as entry lanes to the school.

Please be patient and cautious when merging down to one lane farther in the car line. There will be one lane right in front of the school so that students are not walking through traffic when getting dropped off.

Reminders for parents and students about our parking lot:
  • I recommend dropping your student off early, courtyard doors open at 6:45 to avoid morning traffic. If you wait until 7:00-7:15, traffic will be EPIC.
  • If you need to pick up your student between 7:30 am-2:20 pm, you must park and walk in the front office. Please do not park in the fire lane.
  • Parking near the front office is marked for mobility, reserved- for parents of Little Falcons and pick-up outside of the regular hours. Please park there when coming inside the front office.
  • Please do not line up for afternoon dismissal prior to 1:45 pm. It causes traffic congestion, and we already have enough of that.
  • I recommend coming about 2:30 pm if you are picking up in the afternoon if you want to avoid the rush of traffic and buses leaving the property.

Thank you for helping us keep our students and faculty safe by adhering to speed limits of 10 mph and following all traffic cones, barricades, and signs in the parking lot.

Reminder that there is no cell phone, ear bud, or headphone use from the first bell at 7:15 am until the last bell at 2:20 pm, including lunch and transitions. If you student has an emergency and needs to call home, they would ask an adult for permission to use a school phone. Please note that we will warn students on Tuesday and Wednesday, and will begin confiscating phones per the Student Code of Conduct on Thursday of this week.

Your student will sign an acknowledgement of the Student Code of Conduct tomorrow in 4th period. We will review the Code of Conduct prior to signing.
