Cap & Gown

• Cap and gown pick up was on Wednesday, April 10

• If you did not pick up your cap and gown, come to room 465

• If you ordered a cap and gown after Monday, April 8, you will pick up at Graduation Rehearsal (May 17)

• If you still need to order a cap and gown, do it now from Jostens.com, and you will pick up at Graduation Rehearsal (May 17)

• If you can still purchase a cap and gown for $85 cash at the Graduation Rehearsal (May 17)

• If you have an issue with your cap and gown, please contact Jostens

Senior Clearance and Last Day

• Seniors last day of school is Wednesday, May 15

• Seniors received their clearance forms at the senior assembly on Monday, April 8

• If you have not picked up your clearance form, come to room 465

• You may get started on the items listed on the front of the clearance form

• Need help?  Check the senior assembly presentation sent to your email on April 8

• What will happen on our last day?

  • If you have been academically cleared, you will have a stamp on the back of your clearance form from your guidance counselor and you may begin clearance in the media center

  • If you have NOT been academically cleared, you need to see your guidance counselor in the PAC on your last day of school (May 15) 

    • 8   am Last Names:  A, D, I, K, L, P, T, U, V

    • 9   am Last Names:  B, E, F, H, J, R, S

    • 10 am Last Names:  C, G, M, N, O, Q, W, XYZ 

Graduation - Thursday, May 23 at 8:30 am at the ADDitions UCF Arena

• MANDATORY Graduation Rehearsal is on Friday, May 17

  • 8 am Last Names:    A - M

  • 10 am Last Names:  N - Z

• You will not receive your graduation tickets until you have attended graduation rehearsal

• If you cannot attend on the 17th, you must attend the virtual make-up session on May 20 (you will receive the time and link in an email on the 17th)

• The form to request extra graduation tickets has closed

• You will pick up the extra tickets at the MANDATORY Graduation Rehearsal on May 17 (last name A-M at 8 am and N-Z at 10 am) with your allotted 10 graduation tickets.  

• As a reminder, if you cannot attend the graduation rehearsal, you must attend the virtual make up session on May 20 (time and link will be sent to the senior through email after the rehearsal on May 17).  After attending the make-up graduation rehearsal, the student will be able to pick up his/her tickets in the front office.

• If you still need extra tickets, but did not fill out the request form in time, there will be an opportunity to pick up extra tickets at the MANDATORY graduation rehearsal (first come first serve at each session)
