Trio Upward Bound Program-Project RISE
Reaching Individual & Scholastic Excellence

Project RISE , Reaching Individual & Scholastic Excellence
UCF Upward Bound Project RISE serves 60 East River High School students per year. Upward Bound is a federally-funded educational program working with high school students from low-income families and/or those who would be first-generation students (coming from families in which neither parent holds a bachelor’s degree). The goal is to provide support and resources for participants to succeed in their pre-college performance and ultimately in their post-secondary education pursuits.
